From picking the olives, to grinding and bottling, Lesvion extra virgin olive oil is produced with the utmost care so you can enjoy the best quality in every bottle.

Within the olive groves of the Giakali family farm, in the heart of Lesvos, you will find our local variety of olives, Kolobi and Adramytini, which account for 65% and 35% of our production, respectively.

Organic

Organic extra virgin olive oil produced in the olive groves of the Giakali family from organic olives grown from the Kolovi and Adramitini varieties in percentages of 65% and 35% equally. BIO LESVION is characterized by the excellent balance of its fruity taste with the characteristic bitterness and also the burning of the pepper notes and its distinct aromatic character.

Extra virgin

Extra virgin olive oil produced in the olive groves of the Giakali family from olives grown from the Kolovi and Adramitini varieties in percentages of 55% and 45% respectively. LESVION is characterized by the excellent balance of its fruity taste with the characteristic bitterness and also the mild burn from the pepper notes and its distinct aromatic character.

With the perfect climate, soil and altitude, this is the ideal place for our olives to grow and mature. The vast and comprehensive root system of our olive trees crosses the rocky terrain of the mountainous landscape on the estate, reaching the neighboring self-cultivated wild ​​dendra The roots extract the essential nutrients and complex flavors of these neighboring trees, transporting them directly to the heart of our olives. This unique synergy between the earth's ecosystem and our olives creates an unparalleled flavor profile with an incomparable depth of flavor that cannot be imitated.

Lesvion olive trees are grown organically and the olives are carefully selected and pressed at their peak ripeness. The cold pressing of the olive oil is applied in small batches, to ensure a rich flavor profile, uniquely Mediterranean. The production of Lesvion involves only mechanical extraction methods, without any use of pesticides or chemicals, with a resulting acidity of less than 0.6%.
